Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are moving forward with the next chapter in their lives as the newly engaged couple discuss their marriage plans. The music producer popped the question in December 2024, with an insider for Life & Style revealing that the “Lose You to Love Me” singer, “can’t wait to marry Benny.”
While no details have been shared by either Selena or Benny about their wedding location, it’s been highly speculated that they will likely have their marriage ceremony in their new million-dollar home in Beverly Hills, California.
“Selena envisions it as her and Benny’s forever home. They want to one day tell their kids about their fabulous backyard wedding with their friends and family!”
The source for the outlet came to the conclusion that the music duo may have their wedding in their beautiful new home (and, why not?) because Selena once shared in Interview magazine that she isn’t a fan of large groups. “Sometimes when I’m not super familiar with everyone or if it’s over 40, I tend to get a little overwhelmed,” she shared.
In fact, in the same interview, Benny admitted that he and Selena are big fans of “a good dinner party,” so their wedding guest list could likely be even smaller.

What the couple will have at their wedding is the hora—a traditional Jewish dance in which the bride and groom are lifted in chairs. Benny told Interview magazine when asked about having the special tradition, “Of course we will.” Although Selena will not convert to Judaism, the couple do plan on blending their religions with Selena being Christian.
“We want our kids to have both of our values, both of our morals and hopefully when we mix them up in a pot they’ll—” the producer said, with Selena finishing, “Turn out good.”

The same month that Benny proposed to Selena, TMZ revealed that they had also purchased a home in Beverly Hills for a whopping $35 million. According to the outlet, the estate features 7 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a pool, and a glass greenhouse solarium.

After Selena and Benny tie the knot, it seems that the couple will jump-start the process of welcoming children into their lives. In May 2024, Benny shared on The Howard Stern Show that he would love to have kids with the singer.
