Everything We Know About Bravo’s New Show, King’s Court

King’s Court Follows Tyson Beckford, Carlos Boozer, And Thaddeus Bullard’s Quest For Love

Bravo announced the addition of several new shows premiering this summer, including a brand-new reality dating show titled King’s Court. A trailer for the new show sees eligible bachelors, Tyson Beckford, 54, Carlos Boozer, 43, and Thaddeus “Titus O’Neil” Bullard, 48, looking for their queen.

These accomplished men from the worlds of modeling, sports, and entertainment are done chasing love within celebrity circles—they’re now hoping to find lasting connections with women outside the spotlight. However, can these women handle life in the public eye?

The trailer begins with Tyson stating an honest truth: “I don’t care what nobody says. Dating a celebrity is very hard. Women have a hard time trusting me.” The trailer then flashes back to Tyson’s extremely successful modeling career.

King’s Court will be hosted by married couple Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete.

We then meet former NBA All-Star Carlos Boozer. He explains that he’s met women who seem to only want to date him for the fame and fortune. “I have met so many women who will like, recite my stats. But I want somebody that wants to get to know me.”

Lastly, Thaddeus “Titus O’Neil” Bullard, a former WWE wrestler walks out shirtless and tells the camera that, despite his intimidating appearance, he’s really just a sweetheart. “I’m 6,’5, 280 pounds, yeah, I’m very intimidating to a lot of people, until someone gets to know me and they realize Thaddeus is a pretty sweet guy,” he shares.

After fans meet the three eligible bachelors, we’re introduced to some of the 21 single women competing for their hearts. But it won’t be that easy. These women are just as eager to find love, and as reality TV has shown us time and time again, things can get heated when competition kicks in.

Drama quickly unfolds as the women compete for quality time with the bachelors, each hoping to make a lasting impression. One contestant shares in a confessional, “It’s giving high school drama and that’s something I don’t do.” A scene sees a different woman crying and possibly questioning the pressure of a reality dating show. “I have feelings, I have emotions, and I have a love to offer,” she shares to a fellow contestant.

The trailer also hints that the women won’t be divided among the three bachelors. There will be overlapping crushes and claws will definitely come out. Tyson is seen crying on camera and stating that he felt “betrayed,”adding, “I want you to know, that s*** hurt me bad.” Another scene sees the women sitting together, sharing, “We all like the same guy, let the best b**** win.”

A press release from Bravo about the new series reads:

“The ladies pull out all the stops to make a lasting impression, but it comes to a head at the elimination dinner party where the men choose who gets another chance at love and who goes home,” the announcement reads. “After navigating a roller coaster of emotional highs, dramatic lows, and tough eliminations, the kings must ultimately decide which of these fabulous ladies is their queen.”

Each week, Tyson, Carlos, and Thaddeus will go on one-on-one dates and in the end of each episode, they will have a dinner party where they will eliminate the women that they feel like they have not made a true connection with. The trailer shows that some connections may be more serious than others. Speaking to host Holly Robinson Peete, Carlos reveals that he “loves” one of the contestants. “I love her, I told her I love her,” he admits.

After building connections with one special woman, the three men will be able to “crown your queen.”

King’s Court premieres on Sunday, July 13th, at 9 p.m.
