Season 3 of Southern Hospitality was full of drama, but one cast member found themselves at the center of more drama than anyone else. Up-and-coming lawyer Will Kulp was accused of cheating on his girlfriend, Emmy Sharrett, while away at school. The rumors of Will’s infidelity had been discussed for two seasons, but both he and Emmy continued to deny them.
At the Season 3 reunion, Will was a no-show despite being in the building. It was reportedly a last-minute move as he did not want to face his cast, who would undoubtedly have gone after Will for the cheating allegations. But, not only did Will leave Emmy to face her co-star’s alone to defend their relationship, his future on the reality TV show was also in question.

Southern Hospitality’s Joe Bradley Is Uncertain Of Will Kulp’s Future On The Show After Not Showing Up For The Reunion
It’s not common for a cast member not to show up to their show’s reunion. However, in a surprise move, Southern Hospitality’s Will Kulp decided to skip the Season 3 reunion in a last-minute move, leaving Emmy Sharrett, his girlfriend of three years, to defend him from cheating accusations.
Will not showing up to the reunion also led fans to believe that he had quit the Bravo show.
In an interview with Decider, cast mate Joe Bradley revealed that he did not see a “bright future” for Will with regards to coming back for Season 4.
“It’s hard to say if he’ll come back or not. I don’t really see a bright future for him with the show and the group anymore. Because the whole point of the reunion is to reconcile and move forward. And if he’s not willing to do that, I don’t know how we can move forward back in Charleston. We’ll see what happens, though.”
What was more shocking was the fact that Will had arrived at the reunion, but made the decision not to film it. According to Emmy, Will’s mental health played a major factor in skipping the reunion. When asked by Decider about Will, citing his mental health as the reason for not joining his cast mates, Joe shared:
“To insinuate that his mental health wasn’t good enough for the reunion, I’m not buying it. I think it’s a cop out. He was with me. I met up with him the day before the reunion. We were getting beers. He looked me in the eyes. He goes, ‘Dude, I can do this.’ He shook my hand, saying that he was going to come to the reunion.'”
Will Kulp was facing major allegations that he had cheated on his girlfriend, Emmy Sharrett, throughout Season 3 of Southern Hospitality. Most of the cast had heard rumors that Will was unfaithful to Emmy while away at law school. However, Emmy has continued to defend Will from any and all allegations.
The finale of Southern Hospitality saw Will getting bombarded with accusations, mainly from TJ Dinch, who claimed he cheated on Emmy and even had a woman live in his apartment while attending school. Again, Emmy defended her boyfriend, but admitted a woman slept at Will’s place for a couple of days while he was away.

Emmy Sharrett Had To Defend Their Relationship On The Season 3 Reunion Alone
Although Will decided to ditch the Season 3 reunion at the last minute, that meant Emmy had to defend their relationship from the rest of her cast. Host Andy Cohen even admitted that he felt bad that Emmy was going into the reunion (more like the lion’s den) without having Will there to support not only her.
“My head’s very clear today,” Sharrett told Andy. “I’m very calm, cool and collected, you know. … I don’t want to diminish [Will’s] love for me just because he’s not here to say it himself.”
Andy had also implied that with Will not showing his face, it meant that he had decided to quit Southern Hospitality. However, Emmy replied, “He actually hasn’t said that, funny enough. But he just has said that he just can’t do this reunion.”
“Will, you know he’s here to support me, he loves me, but I just don’t think that he can continue to entertain and engage with this group any longer to this capacity.”
In his interview with Decider, Joe couldn’t believe that Will left Emmy hanging, where he knew she would get “berated” by the cast.
“I would not be able to fall asleep or live with myself watching my girlfriend get berated by the whole group on a screen right in front of me when she’s two doors down. Can you imagine? Like, I couldn’t imagine doing that. Will, I consider him a friend. But I lost a lot of respect for him, unfortunately,” Joe shared.
He added, “And I just don’t know, like, in Emmy’s head, how she could be like, “That’s that’s my man. That’s my guy.” I know that their love is real. Their relationship — that’s between them two and whatever works for them. I just can’t really relate. I can’t relate to it.”

Are Emmy And Will Still Together?
After all the cheating rumors during Season 2 and 3 of SoHo, there has yet to be any verifiable evidence of Will’s infidelity. With Emmy continuously defending Will, it’s no surprise that these two are still together.
Speaking with Entertainment Tonight in January 2025, Emmy shared why she has stayed with Will despite the never-ending claims that he cheated on her several times.
“I’m not dumb. If Will did cheat on me, I would never speak to him again. Goodbye… I take no s***. I know Will like the back of my hand. That man, he’s never cheated on me. He’s many things but a cheater is not one of them,” she claimed.
Emmy and Will began dating in the fall of 2021 while working at Leva Bonaparte’s Republic Garden & Lounge.
Emmy was also asked about the cast confronting her about the rumors during a dinner scene, which caused her to leave the table. “I don’t give a s*** about half these people at this table who all have an opinion about my relationship. I’m not gonna sit around and talk about it. If people want to have conversations about me and my relationship, you can ask me to coffee. But at group events, group dinners, anywhere where there’s an audience, it’s highly inappropriate,” she said.
Just two days after the finale aired, Emmy shared photos of herself and Will attending the cast’s “prom night,” proving that they were still together. She captioned her post, “This will officially be the last prom I ever attend💐👑.”
