Megan Thee Stallion just secured a major legal win! The “Savage” rapper was granted a gag order against blogger Milagro Gramz in her ongoing defamation lawsuit.
According to court documents, U.S. Magistrate Judge Lisette M. Reid issued the order after Megan accused Milagro of launching a “campaign of harassment” against her.
The blogger is now banned from speaking publicly about Megan in connection with the Tory Lanez case.
Milagro, who is representing herself in court, has reportedly agreed to stop posting about the high-profile drama online after Megan’s legal team argued that Milagro’s social media commentary could incite violence.
“There’s an accusation that you defamed her,” Judge Reid said. “So what I have to do as a judge in this case is at least contain the information that’s going around in social media from you right now on this case. And the plaintiff would be required to do the same. If she were posting about you or this case, that would be highly inappropriate as well.”
Megan filed the defamation lawsuit in October 2024, and it is still ongoing.
The gag order comes just days after Lanez’s legal team dropped unseen evidence allegedly proving his innocence on the website 36hourslater.com.
