While many had a fun night at the just-concluded 2025 Headies Awards, it was embarrassing for socialite Cubana Chief Priest, who was bounced out of the event.
Kemi Filani reported that on Sunday night, many celebrities gathered at Landmark Event Centre for the 17th Edition of Africa’s prestigious award ceremony, Headies.
One of the highlights of the event was when Cubana Chief Priest was denied entry. In a video making rounds, Davido’s best friend was seen being kicked aside by the tough security at the event as he tried calling for help.

Cubana Chief Priest faced a similar experience last year when he was bounced backstage at the 02 Arena by Davido’s bouncers. In a viral clip, Chief Priest was escorted backstage after his epic performance with his wife, Chioma. Cubana Chief Priest and others followed him, but unfortunately, they were bounced back by the singer’s tight security. An embarrassed Cubana was seen shouting and screaming at the security.
