Godswill Akpabio, the Nigerian Senate President, led the Federal government delegation to the funeral of Pope Francis.

Recall that the funeral was held in Rome on Saturday, April 26.

Other members of the delegation included the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Bianca Ojukwu, Senator Asuquo Ekpeyong and Senator Onyekachi Nwebonyi.
