Soulja Boy’s Accuser Asks Jury to Award Her $73.6 Million

The woman who sued Soulja Boy, alleging that she was r*ped, sexually assaulted, and falsely imprisoned, is asking a jury to award her $73.6 million.

Jane Doe claims she met Soulja Boy, real name DeAndre Cortez Way, in 2018 and that the rapper offered her a job as his assistant. The job included cleaning the house and rolling blunts. She was paid $500 a week plus room and board. She alleged that once she moved in, she was not allowed to leave the house, not even to buy a toothbrush or feminine products, and that her phone went missing.

Doe says she tried to escape weekly but could not leave. She says she was subjected to sexual assault and violence frequently at the rapper’s hands.

“If you don’t believe my client, don’t give her a dollar,” Doe’s attorney, Ron Zambrano, said in closing statements. “But if you do believe her, give her everything.”

He continued: “He r*ped her. He punched her. He kicked her. He cut her. He pointed a Draco gun at her. He locked her in her room. He told her, ‘I hope you die slow.””

Soulja denies all of the allegations against him.

“I asked her if she wanted to have sex, and she was engaged in it,” he said. “She didn’t push me or say stop, nothing like that.”
