Kylie Jenner should certainly win “Girlfriend of the Year” for making yet another appearance in support of Timothée Chalamet’s acting career. Timothée has been nominated for several awards for his work in A Complete Unknown, and the reality TV star has been there for some of his most important nights.
Most recently, Kylie was seated in the audience at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival on February 11th where her boyfriend was awarded the year’s Arlington Artist of the Year Award. Kylie wore a simple yet sexy tight-fitting black dress (worth a staggering $30,000) and accessorized her outfit with stunning diamond rings on her fingers.
Photos obtained by People showed Kylie and Timothée sitting next to each other at the event while they watched a career retrospective before he took the stage to receive his award. While walking up to the podium, Kylie was one of the first people to get up from her seat and clap for her beau.
Kylie has made it so that she remains out of the spotlight while her boyfriend gets the recognition he deserves.
“She enjoys attending the events with him. She knows that his career is so important to him. She wants to be by his side for it all,” a source shared.
For two years in a row, Kylie has attended the Golden Globes to support Timothée’s wildly successful acting career. In 2024, she sat next to Timothée when he was nominated for his role in Wonka. The couple made headlines when they shared a kiss at the event. The reality star also attended this year’s Golden Globes award ceremony and was seated next to her man as well. They also shared a loving kiss that night.

Fans would love to see Kylie walk the red carpet with Timothée, but it would definitely take the limelight away from the actor. She wants to make sure her boyfriend has his moment, because it’s certainly well deserved, as the nights are usually to honor his work in his many films.
“Kylie didn’t want to make it about them. She wanted this night to be all about Timothée, how it was intended to be,” a source told Page Six when the Kylie Cosmetics founder didn’t walk the 2025 Golden Globes carpet.
The unnamed source also elaborated that Timothée loved his girlfriend’s support. They expressed that it was “really important” that “Kylie be there by his side during one of the most meaningful moments of his life.” In fact, Kylie brought along her mom, Kris Jenner, to the afterparty for the Los Angeles premiere of A Complete Unknown in December 2024.
Of course, Timothée has also been there for Kylie during her major career moments. In October 2023, he supported Kylie at the WSJ. Magazine Innovators Awards, where she was honored with the brand innovator of the year award.

They’ve remained a pretty private couple, and it appears to be the best thing for two of the most famous people on the planet. In her interview with The New York Times, Kylie was adamant that she wouldn’t talk about her relationships.
“I just don’t want to talk about private things,” she told the outlet.
If Kylie and Timothée do show up on the Oscars red carpet together, they will definitely be the “it couple” of the night.
