Reality TV star Austen Kroll has laid it all out on the line when it comes to his personal relationships on Southern Charm. Ever since he joined the cast in Season 4, Austen has found himself in several romances with his female co-stars, but his “charm” hasn’t always worked out for the best.
Austen has stirred the pot season after season when it comes to his love life. He introduced Madison LeCroy as his love interest in Season 6, (we all know how messy that turned out), and did it again with Southern Charm alum Olivia Flowers in Season 8. In fact, Season 9 might have been his most dramatic season ever after he found himself caught up in a love triangle.

7 Austen’s Season 4 Debut Included Romancing Chelsea Meissner
When Austen Kroll made his debut appearance in Season 4 of Southern Charm, he was quite the ladies’ man. Austen was single and ready to mingle in Charleston with his best bud and the city’s Casanova, Shep Rose. However, things would become awkward for the two men after they both wanted to pursue cast member Chelsea Meissner.
Austen made the moves on Chelsea and the two continued to date in Season 5, but it was short-lived. According to All About The Real Housewives, when Austen was asked on Instagram by a fan that he should put more effort into his relationship with Chelsea, Austen shockingly replied, “I need a woman with sex drive.”
6 Austen Began Dating Chelsea’s Friend Victoria Bolyard In Season 5
Austen moved on with Chelsea’s good friend, Victoria Bolyard in Season 5, but things got very messy between the two. When a fan on Instagram shared, “that girl was controlling,” Austen replied, “y’all don’t know the half of it #nightmare.”
Their relationship was cut short when the reality star alleged that after his beer launch party, Victoria threw her drink at him and even had to call the cops on her due to her erratic behavior. He detailed the events in the same Instagram post’s comment section:
“After she threw the drink on me, she followed me home and threw a rock through my window and I had to call the cops. That was the third time she’s had similar freakouts. I’m in a tell a [sic] mood tonight.”
5 Madison LeCroy Was Introduced As Austen’s Love Interest In Season 6
In Season 6, fans were introduced to Madison LeCroy, who came into the season as Austen’s girlfriend. At the start of their relationship, Austen had nothing but great things to say about her. “She is passionate, independent, and she makes me want to be a better person.”
Their relationship was rocked by scandal after a video showed Madison walking in on Austen with only his boxers on and with two women. However, the former confirmed that they were not together at that point. Still, they moved forward despite the incriminating video circulating the internet and being a big storyline in Southern Charm.
At the Season 6 reunion, the couple shared that they were no longer an item. However, fans would again see them try to make their relationship work in the following season. Ultimately, Madison realized that Austen was not the man she could see spending the rest of her life with.
The two would have a very uneasy and combative relationship after their split, although things seemed to have changed in the Season 10 trailer.

4 Austen Ended Up Pitting Summer House Stars Ciara Miller And Lindsay Hubbard Against One Another
Austen and Summer House star Ciara Miller had an on-again, off-again romance that began in February 2021, while the two were filming the spinoff Winter House. However, distance got in the way, but they would find themselves back in each other’s arms when Austen went to visit the Hamptons home in Season 6. Although Ciara was looking for something serious, Austen was not.
According to Us Weekly, Austen hooked up with Ciara’s cast mate, Lindsay Hubbard that same season, which caused tension between both women. Lindsay also admitted that she and Austen hooked up in 2018.
3 Olivia Flowers Made Her Debut In Southern Charm In Season 8
Austen would introduce brand-new cast mate Olivia Flowers as his love interest in Season 8 of Southern Charm. However, in an episode that season, Austen dropped a bombshell that he didn’t think they were exclusive. Olivia takes the hint and brings along another date to Patricia Altschul and Shep Rose’s dog’s wedding ceremony, and it really bothers Austen. The two end up getting back together.
During the Season 8 reunion, Olivia and Austen confirmed that they were no longer seeing each other. According to Olivia, the timing was just never right:
“When you came to me and you wanted to be 100 percent, I was in the place where I was just mentally f***** because things with you were so complicated. I told you, ‘I don’t see it with us right now,’ [but] I guess I imagined that we would get there. You were just like, ‘OK, yeah, we’ll be friends,'” she admitted.
However, things turned very, very ugly between the two the following season.

2 Austen Found Himself In A Messy Love Triangle Between Olivia And Taylor Ann Green In Season 9
Southern Charm fans did not see this one coming—Austen and Taylor Ann Green hooking up after they broke up with their respective partners. The secret affair, which according to both Austen and Taylor was just a kiss—rocked the Charmers and saw friendships end.
Taylor dropped the bombshell to her best friend Olivia, who shared that it occurred during a moment of weakness. Still, it ended their relationship for good. The brief romance also hurt Austen’s relationship with Shep, with the former revealing that Taylor “kinda a made a move on me.” The love triangle would be a huge storyline in Season 9 as the castmates wanted the truth about what really happened between the two.
Speaking about the kiss in a confessional, Austen shared (via Bravo), “I don’t necessarily mean that the kiss didn’t mean anything, but Taylor and I did not end up dating. We talked and decided we were better off as friends. I thought that we could just bury it and keep a secret from everyone. That’s what I regret doing.”
In February, Shep gave an update about where he stood with Austen while on the When Reality Hits with Jax and Brittany podcast:
“I’ll support him in everything that he does, but just as far as the day-to-day banter, it is not where it was at all. And that’s OK. Maybe one day it will be.”
1 Is Austen Dating Anyone Now?
The Season 10 Southern Charm trailer does not see Austen in a love triangle nor introducing a new woman into his life, but it does look like he is preoccupied with someone new. In February, Austen hinted that he was dating a woman named Audrey Pratt after the pair and a few friends vacationed in Mexico. In June, the two took another trip to Mexico, this time with his Southern Charm co-star Rodrigo Reyes and his partner Tyler Dugas.
Will Audrey make an appearance on the show? Fans will just have to stay tuned when Season 10 of Southern Charm premieres on December 5 on Bravo.
