Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi Was Arrested On Camera In Season 3
Snooki gets arrested on camera in one of Jersey Shore’s most iconic moments. In the infamous reality TV moment, Snooki was having what she refers to as a “meatball day” when she was running on the boardwalk intoxicated. Nicole repeatedly asked people, “Where’s the beach?” despite it being noticeably next to her.
Snooki claims that a Jersey Shore producer told the police to arrest her on-screen on the beach for public intoxication while cameras were filming the third season. In the third episode of season 3, Snooki was arrested at Seaside Heights for disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, and criminal annoyance. Two months later, the charges were dropped, and Polizzi was fined $500 and given two days of community service.
“They were on shift from production to make sure they are protecting us from crazy people,” she revealed on Jake Shane’s podcast. “So I don’t even think it’s legal because they weren’t working for the town.”
“I watched the video back and one of the producers said, ‘Just arrest her.’”
Deena Cortese Was Arrested For Disorderly Conduct
In season 6, episode 5 of Jersey Shore, Deena was arrested for disorderly conduct. The star was seen dancing in the street outside a Mexican restaurant, drawing quite a crowd. Although arrested for interfering with the flow of traffic, the prosecutors did not have enough evidence to prove that charge. Deena pleaded guilty to failing to use the sidewalk and paid a $106 fine.
Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino
Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino has had numerous legal issues over the years. In 2019, he was sentenced to eight months in jail after pleading guilty to one count of tax evasion. He and his brother were accused of filing falsified tax returns on nearly $9 million of income.
In addition to his prison sentence, The Situation was ordered to complete 500 hours of community service and was given $123,913 in restitution plus a $10,000 fine.
Nicole Polizzi explained that Mike had been making the most of his time behind bars.
“Mike’s having the time of his life.”
She explained about her co-star. “It’s like he’s in a senior home. He’s playing bingo. He’s helping people recover in jail. We all talk to him through an email, so I talk to him, like, once a week.”

Ronnie Ortiz Magro has had many ups and downs since appearing on Jersey Shore . After fighting, Ronnie was carted off to jail in the penultimate episode of season 1.
In October 2019, he was arrested for domestic violence after an altercation with his partner, Jenn Harley, when their child was present. He allegedly hit Jenn, threatened her with a knife, and “kidnapped” their daughter, Ariana. After pleading not guilty to all charges, he was put on probation for 36 months. The incident came eight months after he entered a one-month treatment program for depression and alcohol addiction.
“Eventually, all the bad decisions I was making were going to lead me to places that I didn’t want to be. I wanted to be led to the place that I am now — that’s happy, healthy and the best role model for my daughter.”
In 2020, the reality TV star was arrested again for domestic violence with his girlfriend, Saffiee Matos, and was later released on bond. A judge decided that the time he spent in treatment was significant enough to forgo a trip to jail. He took a step back from appearing on Jersey Shore.

Other Bad Behavior From The Jersey Shore Cast That Didn’t Result In An Arrest

Snooki and Angelina’s season-long tension finally collides in Season 2, Episode 10, when Snooki confronts Angelina about being fake and fights her.
