Nollywood actress Ini Edo is praising her Hollywood colleague, Taraji P. Henson.
In a post on her Instagram page, Ini revealed that from the first time she saw Taraji in Hustle and Flow to every single role she has played, she has been blown away. Ini disclosed that for two hours, she watched her latest movie, Straw and felt every pain, tear, smile, like, twitch and turn and every single move she made.
Ini said she got soaked in those moments as she praised Taraji for being a phenomenal actress and ripping her character apart.

Oh my goodness. Two straight hours of taking me deep into every scene, I felt every pain, tear, line, smile, twitch and turn, and every single move you made. You got me soaked in those moments.
The most believable performance I have ever seen on screen.
I had uncontrollable tears as you ripped that character apart. You are a phenomenal actress, and there’s NO ONE like Taraji. Your craft is a gift, real, deep, raw and rough.

Last year, Ini, via her Instagram page, shared photos of her appearance at the Red Sea Film Festival with Hollywood actors Eva Longoria and Vin Diesel. Gushing over them, Ini Edo described Eva as her favourite housewife as she expressed how amazing it was being in their company.
In 2023, Ini opened up about her deal with Netflix and how much it cost her. The movie producer stated that her deal with the streaming giant cost her tears and blood.
Luckily for her, her movie bagged 10 nominations at AMVCA. A joyous Ini Edo noted that she knew she was going to get a nomination, but didn’t know it would come in such grand style. She appreciated the entire cast and crew, as well as the audience who took the gospel of Shanty Town far and near.
