DDG’s brother DuB and some other members of the streamer’s entourage got into a heated scuffle at Dream Con after a heckler reignited an old insult aimed at the rapper.
In footage circulating online, DDG, DuB, and their crew were spotted walking through the anime convention when a man yelled “Doo Doo Garbage,”… a jab previously hurled at DDG during a viral moment at Streamer University.
Things escalated quickly. DuB and his cameraman appeared to throw a punch at the troll, sparking a fight on the convention floor.
Some viewers believe that DDG invited the trouble as prior to him attending the convention, he announced on his livestream that anybody who attempted to call him “Doo Doo Garbage,” would be met with violence.
“Nobody comes up to me and says ‘Doo Doo Garbage,”” he said. “If a fan came up to me on some ‘Doo Doo Garbage’ s–t, I’m going to hold that n—a up so goddamn bad. N—as know better.”
The alleged assault victim says he’s going to take legal action against the star, who is already embroiled in a bitter custody battle with his ex-girlfriend, Halle Bailey.

“I got to take legal action against his brother or somebody out here,” the man said. “That’s unacceptable. They done broke my chain. I’m banned from the event, glasses gone. I thought it was all jokes.”
