An attorney for Lauren Pisciotta, a former employee of Kanye West who filed a lawsuit against him, accusing him of rape, claims she is now in hiding.
Pisciotta’s lawsuit alleges sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and assault during her time working for the rapper from 2021–2022. Her claims include explicit messages, being locked in a room while Ye masturbated, and a $1 million offer to delete her OnlyFans account, but she says she never received the money. She also accuses Ye of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party co-hosted by Diddy.
“Lauren, as I’ve said in public before, is basically in hiding. She is very afraid of Mr. West and Mr. West’s circle and Mr. West’s supporters. She’s received an enormous amount of online backlash and ridicule and hatred. Really ugly, gross stuff. So she literally is currently in hiding, and I can’t reveal even the vicinity of where she lives. That’s how serious it is for her right now,” Arick Fudali said in a recent interview with Complex.
He also alleges she has been swatted.
“It’s very rough,” Fudali said of her life since filing the lawsuit. “I don’t know how much you know about Ms. Pisciotta, but she was a very public figure. She has a million followers on Instagram. She’s a model. She was a manager. She was working for arguably the most prolific person in music, in fashion, in art, in culture the last 20 years. Besides what she was experiencing, on paper she had the ultimate dream job for someone like her,” he continued. “That’s all been taken away. She gave that up, and she is literally living in hiding. That’s been rough for her. Not to mention what she experienced. Mr. West has sort of admitted on Twitter to what she experienced while working for him.”
Ye’s legal team denies the allegations made against him in the lawsuit, calling them false and claiming Pisciotta was fired for being unqualified and making extreme demands. They also allege inappropriate behavior on her part and suggest a countersuit for extortion may follow.
