In the now-viral clip, Speed Darlington recounted a story in which he claimed to have slept with a 15-year-old virgin. The statement triggered public outrage, prompting him to later claim it was fictional and part of a publicity stunt for his upcoming music release. He also issued an apology to his fans.
Uriel, visibly shaken by the incident, took to her Instagram stories to condemn the act. Without initially naming the singer, she criticized the normalization of such disturbing content.
“I haven’t been able to sleep properly. Because how is it that the alleged rape of a minor has become a joke? A trending topic? A clout-chasing opportunity?”
Calling the statement “disgusting,” Uriel expressed her disgust toward the individual involved, stating, “I detest everything about that human being.”
She emphasized her outrage as a protective aunt to two young girls around that age, saying she was “absolutely livid.” Uriel also questioned how someone with international exposure could trivialize such a serious issue, noting that she was “shaking with rage and heartbreak.”
She concluded her emotional post by saying, “I won’t say anything else. I’m traumatized. And honestly, deeply disappointed.”
