Nigerian music executive Ubi Franklin has denied viral rumors about a physical fight with nightlife entrepreneur Cubana Chief Priest.
Earlier reports claimed they had a heated confrontation that turned into a fistfight at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja.
An eyewitness account shared by various blogs stated that the altercation drew a large crowd and involved “heavy blows not meant for the faint-hearted.”
However, Ubi Franklin has responded to these claims with a blunt post on his Instagram Story, which he later deleted, criticizing the story’s credibility and those who believed it.
To further debunk the rumors, Franklin shared a video of himself alongside Davido and Cubana Chief Priest on a flight to Abuja, suggesting a cordial relationship among them.
“Anyone who believes this story, especially the narrative on Instablog written by a blogger in an attempt for relevance, is a f**l lol,” Franklin wrote.
