Summer House Season 9's Explosive Reunion Sneak Peak

Another incredible season of Summer House has come to an end. Bravo knocked Season 9 out of the park with an amazing cast, set up with an incredible dynamic among the friend group.

Season 9 was filled with plenty of relationship drama between Jesse Solomon and Lexi Wood, but it was also a transformative season for the group of women in the house. Lindsay Hubbard’s surprise pregnancy brought the group together as Paige DeSorbo and Amanda Batula made some big changes in their personal and private lives.

Season 9 ended in a doozy, setting up the reunion perfectly. The Season 9 reunion trailer dropped after the finale, and just like the season, it looks wonderfully dramatic.

The promo for the Summer House reunion kicked off epically: Andy Cohen walking on set in a bathrobe, as the entire set is designed as one giant bed.

Known as “the bed bugs,” the Summer House girls’ love of gossiping in bed became such a phenomenon that it’s the theme of the reunion.

As the cast made their way to the stage, West Wilson brought physical notes for the big day, as Paige DeSorbo and Amanda Batula took their seats next to Andy.

The trailer immediately gets to the nitty-gritty when Andy asks Lindsay Hubbard how her boyfriend, Turner, was. The music got dramatic as Lindsay paused before speaking.

The pair welcomed a baby girl, Gemma Kufe, this past December. And while Lindsay has shared her happiness of being a mother on social media, it’s been rumored that she and Turner are no longer together. Thanks to the trailer, it looks like we’ll have an official answer to their relationship status at the reunion.

It appears the reunion will focus on a few other relationships as well:

Paige DeSorbo

Andy wasted no time when talking to Paige about her breakup with Craig. The two called it quits in late December 2024 after three years together. Paige has been adamant in interviews that it was for the best.

Andy explained that Craig told him that he returned the engagement ring he bought for Paige after she broke up with him. However, Paige was adamant the ring didn’t exist as she rolled her eyes at the statement. She told Andy that she thought she and Craig would remain friends after their breakup, but that is no longer the case.

Amanda and Kyle

Things then shifted to Amanda and Kyle’s storyline around kids. In Season 9, Kyle showed signs that he was ready for kids after getting his sperm tested. Amanda, however, was happy where they were in their relationship and didn’t want kids to mess that up, especially now that Amanda is on a good path and recently launched her swimwear line.

“Everything I’m doing is to build a future,” Kyle said to Amanda. Amanda quickly shared that they have no future together if Kyle’s main focus is work. Although he may seem like he’s ready to have kids, Amanda shared that he’s not.

“I’m ready to have kids with someone who’s ready to have kids with me,” she declared to a stunned cast.

Lexi Wood and Jesse Solomon

The moment that everyone has been waiting for: ToeGate.

In Season 9, Jesse found himself in hot water after joining Imrul Hassan’s threesome by getting his toe sucked. He said the woman sucked his toe as a joke and that it was nothing sexual. However, he admits he “crossed a line” at the reunion.

Lexi faced issues in their relationship with Jesse, pitting her against the other girls in the house, primarily Ciara. The two girls didn’t get to know each other well in Season 9 because of their complicated relationship with Jesse.

Lexi and Jesse were dating, but he had obvious feelings for Ciara at the same time. Ciara inevitably became an unintended third party in their relationship.

Jesse denied pitting Lexi against Ciara at the reunion, stating, “so false.”

Although Lexi was gunning for Jesse to be the reason for her poor relationship with Ciara, Ciara quickly piped up about Lexi “dragging” her in post-season interviews. After Lexi shared that she didn’t trust Ciara, Ciara made sure to let her feelings be known over her comments at the reunion.

“Well, you dragging me into [your relationship with Jesse]. Your press was a low blow. Like, what the f**k was that?” Lexi’s feud with Ciara and Jesse concluded the sneak peek of the reunion.

Fans had a lot to say about Imurl, who was cast as a new friend in the house, but was hardly seen. It looks like production edited him out of scenes since he didn’t add much to the group’s dynamic. Imrul was at the reunion but was not in the group photos.

Season 9 Allegedly Has A Big Announcement

While there’s no indication or hook that there’s a big announcement at the Summer House reunion for Season 9, Jesse Solomon said during an Amazon Live that they were all “surprised” by a shocking announcement.

Reality Blurb reported that Jesse said, “There was like a big announcement that we were all very surprised by… but I can’t tell you.”

Fans theorize it’s an announcement regarding Lindsay Hubbard’s future on the show. Now with a baby in tow, many think she’s joining the revamped version of The Real Housewives of New York. It would be difficult for Lindsay to remain on Summer House with a baby, since she’s partying in the Hamptons every weekend.

Her new lifestyle could be perfect on RHONY. Even more entertaining, some think Paige DeSorbo, Amanda Batula, and Ciara Miller should join her. If the women graduate from Summer House and join RHONY or another reality show on its own, it creates more room for growth on Summer House and in their careers.
