Snoop Dogg has opened up about being mentioned on Kendrick Lamar’s ‘GNX’ album track, “Wacced Out Murals,” and says the Compton rapper humbled him for his part in his beef with Drake.
“Snoop posted ‘Taylor Made,’ I prayed it was the edibles / I couldn’t believe it, it was only right for me to let it go,” he rapped.
Drake used an AI-assisted version of Snoop’s vocals for the track, as well as vocals from late rapper, Tupac Shakur, which seemingly received Snoop’s approval at the time.
Snoop Dogg says he hasn’t had a conversation with Kendrick Lamar after he got “checked” on ‘Wacced Out Murals’ for posting Drake’s Taylor Made diss song, but says that they’re family

“A big dawg can get checked if it’s by the right person. There’s nothing wrong with properly being put in place, if you’re outta place, sometimes the younger generation can teach the old dog a new trick,” Snoop said on The Breakfast Club.
“As an older guy, sometimes we don’t have radar on what we’re doing,” he continued.
Things appear to be all good between the two now but at the time, Kendrick fans slammed Snoop for not fully supporting the fellow West Coast artist.
