Shannon Sharpe addressed his ongoing legal drama during a recent episode of his Night Cap podcast with Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson.
Sharpe was sued last month for $50 million claim by a woman who alleges that he raped her twice during their two-year relationship.
He was then sued by another ex-girlfriend, Michele Bundy Evans, who alleges Sharpe sexually assaulted her in 2010. They were together for 10 years, and she says that after he allegedly attacked her, he threatened to “destroy” her if she ever spoke out. In 2023, she sued him for $4 million, accusing him of defamation.
“In the process of proving you right, you’ll prove them wrong. Stop worrying about what people don’t know you think. I just need the people that I love to love me,” Sharpe told his cohost.
He continued, “Everybody knows what I’m going through, but… when you think about it. 50% of the people don’t care that you have problems, the other 50% is glad that you got them.”
Sharpe has denied all of the allegations against him and vows to fight them in court.
