Jaheim is once again in hot water with the law over allegations of animal mistreatment.
Jaheim, best known for early 2000s hits like “Just in Case” and “Anything,” was arrested earlier this month in Fulton County, Georgia, and hit with six counts of animal cruelty, according to court records.
Authorities say the singer, whose real name is Jaheim Hoagland, failed to provide proper food, water, clean living conditions, and adequate ventilation for the six dogs under his care. The animals, four pit bulls, a French bulldog, and a mixed-breed hound, were reportedly named Tweet, Tip, Taka, Tink, Timber, and Tanger.
The star was booked on May 1 but walked out of jail the following day.
Unfortunately, this isn’t Jaheim’s first run-in with animal cruelty charges. Back in 2021, he was busted at his New Jersey home after officials discovered over a dozen dogs allegedly living in filthy and unsafe conditions.
At least one dog had to be euthanized due to the severity of its condition.
Jaheim has not issued a statement about the fresh arrest but his mugshot is already trending online.
