The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State has concluded its chairmanship primaries for the June 12 local government elections, but the process was not without controversy.
Some aspirants and their agents protested the results in a few areas, expressing dissatisfaction with the outcome.
Chairman of the Electoral Committee, Babatunde Ogala, acknowledged the protests and noted that human errors could have occurred during the process.
He encouraged aggrieved aspirants to appeal the outcomes through the party’s Appeal Committee, which has the authority to overturn decisions based on valid evidence.
