Nollywood actress-turned-evangelist, Eucharia Anunobi, has strongly cautioned women against engaging in premarital sex, especially based on mere promises of marriage.
In a viral video making the rounds online, the outspoken evangelist criticized women who become intimate with men simply because they’ve been told “I’ll marry you.” She emphasized that a proposal does not equal a legal or spiritual union and urged women to remain celibate until all traditional and legal marriage rites are fulfilled.
“Ah ah ah! Just because Odogwu Pararara said ‘Achalugo I’ll marry you,’ a whole daughter of Zion has off pant and bra, ready to be manhandled sweetly?
You have no rights, no barcode, no zip code, no visa to travel to the land of sexual pleasure!” she said.
Anunobi, known for her dramatic delivery, included animated expressions and sound effects, which have since gone viral and drawn laughter from viewers. Her famous phrase, “Megida kai, mubeo, ah!” added a humorous tone, but her message remained serious.
She went on to say that Christians must guard their virtue and avoid being tools for the enemy. “Do not let Satan steal your steez in God. You are of the tribe of Jesus!” she concluded.
