An exotic dancer named The Punisher took the stand in federal court this week and dropped explosive details about an encounter involving Sean “Diddy” Combs and Cassie Ventura.
Sharay Hayes told the courtroom he realized who had hired him when he flipped on the TV in his Trump Tower hotel room in 2012. The screen reportedly displayed a personalized welcome: “Welcome Sean Combs.”
According to Hayes, he was brought in to perform “sexy, erotic scenes” with Cassie and claimed Diddy, whose identity was not revealed at first, was in the room watching naked from a corner. Hayes said the man wore a face covering “like what Muslim women wear,” revealing only his eyes. “I couldn’t see his face,” he added.
Hayes alleges that Cassie greeted him at the door in a bathrobe and paid him $800 to get intimate and rub baby oil on each other. Hayes said he was not allowed to speak to or acknowledge the man in the room. He also claimed that he participated in 8 to 12 similar encounters while Diddy quietly watched.
Diddy was arrested in September 2024 and faces charges including racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
