Ariana Biermann, the 23-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak, has finally put an end to her ongoing legal battle.
According to the plea agreement, Ariana pleaded guilty to reckless driving and possession of drug-related objects, while prosecutors dropped her DUI and other charges. Ariana admitted to using a THC vape the night before the incident but denied consuming alcohol before getting behind the wheel.
The reality star will serve 24 months of probation, during which she must comply with several conditions, including avoiding drugs and excessive drinking, staying out of legal trouble, and submitting to random drug and alcohol testing.
The court also ordered Ariana to pay more than $2,000 in fines, complete 40 hours of community service, undergo a substance abuse evaluation, and attend a Victim Impact Panel.
The legal drama stems from Ariana’s August 2022 arrest, when she was charged with six misdemeanors, including DUI, possession of a THC vape cartridge, underage alcohol possession, and multiple traffic violations.
