Julio Foolio Murder Suspect Claims the Cops Arrested the Wrong Guys

One of the five people accused of killing Jacksonville rapper Foolio is speaking out…and he’s saying law enforcement got it all wrong.

Isaiah Chance, who is facing first-degree murder charges in connection with Foolio’s June 2024 slaying, took to Instagram to proclaim his innocence and question the evidence against him and the others arrested.

“They found out the rappers they thought was involved wasn’t involved,” he posted on his Instagram Story below. “They can’t identify and don’t [know] who nun of the shooters are [and] don’t have nun of the murder weapons[.] No shell casings no footage of the shooters getting out of the car[.] They saying the murder vehicle just seen it leaving the general area the same area our already reserved [Airbnb] was but still we sitting here. This is wrong. Y’all got the wrong people this is illegal.”

In a follow-up post, he thanked his supporters.

Foolio was shot and killed while he was in Tampa, Florida, celebrating his 26th birthday after his alleged killers stalked his social media to determine his whereabouts before following him on the night of his party and waiting for the opportunity to carry out the killing.

Chance as well as Davion Murphy, Sean Gathright, Rashad Murphy, and Alicia Andrews, have all been charged in connection with the late rapper’s murder.
