Halle Bailey Granted Restraining Order Against DDG After Alleged Violence…Provides PROOF!!

Halle Bailey has been granted a restraining order against her former partner and father of her child, rapper DDG, alleging the rapper physically abused her.

According to court documents filed Tuesday in Los Angeles, Bailey asserts that the physical confrontations began in January, per TMZ.

The pair split back in October.

The incident reportedly unfolded when DDG arrived to collect their young son, Halo.

Things escalated during a conversation over DDG’s visitation schedule, and the Disney actress alleged that while securing Halo into his car seat, DDG became irate, repeatedly shouting at her to “Get out of my car, B—H.”

Disturbed by his aggressive demeanor and their child’s crying, she tried to de-escalate the situation, but she says DDG violently pulled her hair, smashing her face into the vehicle’s steering wheel, and chipping one of her teeth.

Bailey says that she accompanied DDG to his residence out of continued concern for their son’s welfare.

Upon her arrival, she disclosed the incident to his family and left the premises “hysterical,” with visible bruises and dental trauma. She provided photographic evidence with her application for the order, which inevitably convinced a judge to grant her request.

On one occasion back in March, Bailey alleges that DDG entered her home uninvited and walked up to her bedroom.

She accuses the rapper of taking a photograph of her empty bed with a message implying that she had been unfaithful, even though they were no longer together. He reportedly texted her, “now I know what u been on lol.”

A few days later Bailey declined to let DDG take Halo due to illness, She says he became verbally abusive, destroyed her Ring security camera, and fled with her mobile phone only to throw it from his vehicle later, shouting, “GO GET IT B—H.”

She has since filed a police report and claims to possess Ring camera footage substantiating her account.

Meanwhile, DDG publicly declared on X, formerly Twitter, that he had “been fighting to see” his son for several months, painting a conflicting narrative.

Bailey states that the situation reached its peak during a Mother’s Day holiday in St. Lucia with her sister and son. DDG allegedly sent her social media posts speculating she was traveling with singer Brent Faiyaz.

Bailey denied the accusation and begged him to allow her peace during the holiday.

DDG is now legally required to maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from Bailey and is prohibited from posting or live-streaming content referencing her or their son. Bailey has also been granted judicial permission to travel to Italy with Halo for a two-month film shoot.
