Fivio Foreign is reportedly pleading guilty to terroristic threats charge after spending months behind bars.
The Brooklyn rapper copped to making third-degree terroristic threats — essentially, threatening to commit a violent crime. In return, prosecutors are expected to drop four additional charges, including aggravated assault and unlawful gun possession, per Fivio’s lawyer, Adam Lustberg.
Fivio’s been behind bars since January 18 after allegedly pulling a gun on a woman who asked him for help jumpstarting her car. He reportedly told her, “If I see you parked in front of this building again, there is going to be a f–king problem.”
This isn’t the first time Fivio’s name has been tied to controversy. Just last summer, he caught heat online for posting a video of what appeared to be someone injecting hard drugs while flexing a watch and showing no remorse.

When fans called him out, Fivio doubled down, writing: We watch this s–t everyday on Documentaries.. Don’t get mad at me I ain’t glorying that s–t..maybe this ah open yah eyes to why we rap try to get up out this s–t.. Or just get up off yo a– and help clean I’m really 1 of people who help.”
