“Exploiting my name and brand has persisted for too long” – Adunni Ade vents as she files lawsuit over false allegations made against her

Nollywood actress Adunni Ade has filed a lawsuit following false allegations against her.

Days ago, a viral claim circulated about the actress reflecting on her journey. Vanguard claimed that Adunni had lamented that her beauty and appearance couldn’t keep a man. According to the publication, Adunni revealed that her single status wasn’t due to a lack of value but rather the realization that beauty alone doesn’t keep a man.

Adunni went on to urge women to focus on building more than their looks, reiterating that beauty alone doesn’t sustain love or build lasting relationships.

The post read,

“I used to be the centre of attention – admired, desired and blessed with a beauty that opened doors. Yet, here I am, still unmarried”.

Reacting to the false news, the movie star had earlier threatened legal action against the media outlet and other outlets as she debunked making such statement.

Keeping to her words, Adunni has filed a lawsuit against the publications, calling for an immediate cessation of the dissemination of false and unverified information pertaining to her character and reputation.

The mother of two noted how people have been exploiting her name and brand for social media notoriety for too long and now, she is determined to take it seriously.
