Nollywood actress and mum of two Adesua Etomi has shared her postpartum struggle.
The wife of Banky W who welcomed a baby boy late last year, via her Instagram story, revealed that postpartum hair shedding is brutal.
“Postpartum hair shedding is brutal”.
On Mother’s Day, Adesua had reminisced on her painful journey to motherhood. She recalled the emergency C-section, sleepless nights, birth constipation, endless bleeding, cracked nipples and more, which she endured. Adesua stated that despite the pains and challenges, she will do it again for her sons and will do anything for them.
Kemi Filani reported in October, Banky W and Adesua had welcomed their second child, a baby boy. Banky made the good news known as he shared a video of him cooking and taking care of his family. Banky stated that marriage is 100-100 and not 50-50.
Following the birth of her child, wile reacting to the story of a woman who killed herself after battling hyperemesis gravidarum, Etomi expressed her frustration over people not understanding how serious the condition is. She appreciated her husband, doctors, family, and friends for rallying around her.
Also, while celebrating her birthday in February, Adesua recalled the trials she faced in 2024. She recounted how she battled hyperemesis, was admitted to the hospital, her husband underwent cancerous tumor surgery, and she had an emergency C-section. After surviving the aforementioned, Adesua said the devil once again with her life as she had a harrowing healing process, but God saw her true.
