Queen Ashley Afolashade Ogunwusi, one of the wives of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has shared the secrets of her love for the king.
Through her verified Instagram page, Queen Ashley shared lovely moments between herself and her husband to celebrate the new month.
The proud mother and queen listed the many things the king kept doing that made her dedicate herself to him.
She noted, among many other endearing qualities, how Ooni made her laugh, his unwavering love for her, his ability to keep her entertained, his understanding, and how, with words and actions, he made her feel important.

In September 2024, Queen Ashley and Ooni of Ife welcomed their first child, a baby boy. The Queen noted how the enemies tried in her relationship with the monarch, but God made them victorious. She revealed that last year was a little dark for them as they lost twins, but God remained faithful.
Recall that the Ooni of Ife married Princess Ashley as his fourth wife in October 2023. This was a dream come true for Princess Ashley, who had been a long-time concubine of the monarch. The royal wedding was held in Ile Ife, with many dignitaries in attendance.
