Shehu Sani, who previously served as a senator for Kaduna Central, has declined an invitation to judge the Miss World Nigeria Beauty Pageant. Reports suggest that Ben Murray Bruce, the founder of Silverbird Group, offered Sani the position, but he opted not to accept it.
Bruce took to Twitter to congratulate Sani, saying, “Hearty congratulations to my good friend, Shehu Sani, @ShehuSani, on his appointment as a judge for the Miss World Nigeria Beauty Pageant, happening on April 4th, 2025, at the Federal Palace Hotel. Please be on time at 6:00 PM and wear your finest outfit 😄.”
Sani thanked Bruce for the opportunity but stated he would not be able to attend, humorously adding, “You should have send me a formal letter and with full benefits attached to it after I have passed the Judgment. I appreciate the honour from a good friend. Unfortunately, I’ll be unavailable on that day. I wish you a successful outing.”
