Peter Obi’s poster boy reunites with mum, siblings [PHOTOS]

Quadri Alabi, the campaign poster boy for Peter Obi, the 2023 presidential candidate for the Labour Party has reunited with his family.

Alabi reunited with his mother and siblings after spending several months incarcerated at the Kirikiri Correctional facility in Lagos state.

The teenager was allegedly locked up by the Nigerian Police Force after he was framed by some suspected touts in his residential area.

Sources said the touts had also accused Alabi of failing to share money received from Peter Obi and his supporters after he went viral during the last General election campaign.

In a photo post made on X, the lawyer to the teenager, Inibehe Effiong sakd Alabi was handed over to him by the  Nigerian Correctional Service at the Apapa Magistrate Court on Thursday, April 17.

He wrote, “Quadri Alabi was handed over to me by the Nigerian Correctional Service at the Apapa Magistrate Court moments ago after his released warrant was signed.

“He has united with his family. We will be seeking help to enable his family relocate from their current home and area, and to also rehabilitate him.

“I will post his account details soon. History will vindicate the just,” Effiong wrote.
