The world-famous American singer, Justin Bieber, has addressed ongoing rumours about his marriage in a cryptic Instagram post.
Over the past few months, the couple has faced public scrutiny, with rumours swirling about their relationship and Justin’s changing appearance. Some reports even suggested an impending divorce, though neither has confirmed such claims.
In the recent Instagram post, the ‘What Do You Mean’ hitmaker reflected on God’s forgiveness and personal growth, seemingly addressing the negativity surrounding his life.
Bieber, 31, shared that embracing divine forgiveness has helped him become a better person, admitting that he, too, can sometimes be “mean and hurtful” when he’s completely honest with himself.
“That feeling of guilt can be relieved. How? Not by going to church or reading your Bible, but just receiving that God forgives. The message is forgiveness. Jesus forgives who the culture never forgives,” he wrote.
“They treat me like ass out here, but if I remember that I am flawed too and God forgave me, it helps me to stop feeling better than those people who are mean and hurtful. Because when I’m really honest, I can be mean and hurtful too.”
He also took a subtle jab at those spreading false narratives about him and Hailey, suggesting that jealousy plays a role in the rumours.
“My instinct is to be like, damn, I wouldn’t gossip and spread lies about someone on the internet, but there’s other stuff I do I’m not proud of that God is gracious with. Hurt people hurt people,” he wrote.
“And honestly, if I was you, it would be hard not to be jealous if I saw me and Hailey going so brazzzzzy. It’s really up for us and that’s understandable why people can’t stand it. I don’t blame them.
“Hailey and I are the Joneses that are impossible to keep up with. Your Bible can’t save you.”
Justin and Hailey, 27, married in a private courthouse ceremony in September 2018 before celebrating with a lavish wedding in South Carolina.
The couple welcomed their first child together in August 2024.
