Streamer DDG faced backlash in December after he reportedly bought his son Halo a brand-new Ferarri for his first birthday.
The rapper posted a video of the bright red Ferrari sports car he was gifted to his social media, which angered his fans, as Halo is not old enough to drive and will not be for a long time.

In response to the backlash, DDG tweeted, “N—as mad cuz they son playin hot wheels and mines playin wit ferrari’s & M’s. Just work harder gang.”
During a livestream, DDG confessed that the whle thing was just a stunt and that the luxury vehicle was a rental.
“Want me to be honest? I rented it. Okay? I said it. I think it was cool. It was a good moment. He gon’ be able to look at it when he get older,” he told India Love.
