Season 2 of TLC’s 90 Day: The Last Resort is over, but the drama continues on the series’ three-part Tell-All. The Last Resort is a spinoff of 90 Day Fiancé, in which struggling couples from the franchise head to a resort and work with expert therapists to see if their relationships are worth saving.
The Tell-All gave viewers a better sense of where the couples were at in their relationships. However, it also saw intense interactions with those who were not a couple, like Rob Warne and Jasmine Pineda. After Jasmine shocked her castmates by revealing her pregnancy and disclosing that her husband, Gino Palazzolo, was not the father—but rather the man she had an open relationship with—Rob verbally attacked her.
Rob has since apologized for what he called Jasmine at the Tell-All, but that apology was not for the soon-to-be mother.

Jasmine Pineda Threw Her Shoe At Rob Warne After His Vicious Words Towards Her At The Tell-All
During the Tell-All Part 1, Rob Warne came to blows with cast mate Jasmine Pineda after she revealed she was pregnant with Matt’s baby — the same man that would be the third person in their relationship because of their lack of intimacy. Although Jasmine and Gino agreed to have an open marriage during the conclusion of their resort stay, he still wanted to be with her and hoped that they would end their open terms at some point.
However, after their resort stay, Gino revealed that he and Jasmine had separated, with the latter revealing her shocking pregnancy and announcing that the father was Matt, to her cast mates at the Tell-All.
Rob believed that Jasmine had a plan to get pregnant by Matt even before she and Gino stepped foot at the resort. She had pleaded for an open marriage because of their sexless relationship throughout her stay. Rob believed that when Gino agreed, she took advantage of him.
“[It] had nothing to do with oh, I think this will be healthy for us and had everything to do with how do I get to be with Matt?,” Rob shared on the Tell-All.
Rob attacked Jasmine, telling her, “You are a cheating wife.” When Jasmine called Rob “a clown,” he did not hold back, and called her a pregnant w****.”
Jasmine got up and threw her stiletto at him, which caused security to rush to the stage. Jasmine then accused Rob of selling explicit photos online. When Rob returned from backstage to calm down, Jasmine would continue to lash out at him, and threw her shoe at him again. This time, Rob left with her shoe and threw it in the street.

Rob Apologized For His “Verbiage” On The Tell-All, But Refused To Apologize To Jasmine
Rob Admitted That He Was “Not Proud” Of His Actions
Before the very intense Tell-All Part 1 premiered, Rob warned viewers that they would need to “strap in” on an Instagram Story. He also apologized for the “verbiage” he called Jasmine, but did not personally apologize to Jasmine. It could be agreed that the words Rob used towards Jasmine were extremely terrible and downright inappropriate.
“I’ll be honest, I’m not proud of the verbiage I used towards Jasmin[e],” Rob began his lengthy statement.
“This is not an apology. I just have to do better for me, and the standard I’m trying to live up to every day.Not everyone is comfortable with certain things and to them I’m sorry if I’m offensive.”
Rob continued, “My ache for literalism and impartiality has gotten me in trouble plenty of times before, and checking myself can get thoroughly tested. But I can’t forget that people are watching and it’s bigger than w[h]ether or not I could care less about telling a terrible person about themselves..”
The reality TV star concluded his statement with, “Strap in for this Tell All, I’m sure those who dislike me will have their days. And at the end of it all at least God knows my heart.”
Fans may be debating about who is the bad guy here. Jasmine became pregnant with another man that was not her husband, Gino. While Rob was defending Gino at the Tell-All, his poor choice of words may have his fans turning against him.

Jasmine Wanted An Open Marriage With Gino
In Season 2, Jasmine spoke to Gino about befriending a man named Matt at her local gym in Michigan. She built a connection with him and suggested that she and Gino should have an open relationship, with Matt being the third person in their relationship, because of their lack of intimacy.
Gino did not want an open marriage at first, believing that it meant Jasmine had “given up” on working on their marriage.
“I don’t think that’s something I want,” Gino tells the relationship experts during a group activity. “We’re married and that can turn into, like, a long-term thing. That’s just not something that I would be interested in.”
However, Gino accepted the terms of the open marriage. In fact, Jasmine even had Gino meet Matt over a FaceTime call. The conversation was awkward, to say the least, with Matt telling Gino that he had not yet been intimate with Jasmine because he is not the type to “sabotage people’s marriages.” Gino also asked Matt to “wear a condom” with Jasmine, as they had agreed on it if they proceeded with an open marriage.
But, it appeared that Jasmine had taken her relationship with Matt too far. At the 90 Day: The Last Resort Tell-All Part 1, Gino told host Shaun Robinson that he and Jasmine had separated.
“Normally I come in here and I have good news for you, but today I don’t. Because Jasmine and I, we separated.”
He then elaborated on what went wrong after the pair ended their resort stay, recommitting to one another, but having an open marriage.
“We were committed at the resort, and a lot went down since then. Jasmine and I were really in a good place after we recommitted to each other, but when we got back, things started changing, like, pretty quick,” he shared with the cast.
Gino also revealed that if Matt did show up to the reunion, he was going to tell him “some dirt” about Jasmine, adding, “I’m going to make him cry.”
When Gino saw Jasmine arrive on set with a baby bump, he looked extremely displeased and shared that he was “heartbroken.”
