
The lawmaker representing Kogi Central Senatorial District Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has reacted to the decision of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to reject her planned recall process.
In a post made on X, the suspended Senator said the victory secured following the decision of the electoral body is for the people of Nigeria.
The post accompanied by an e-banner said, “One battle down, two more to go. Deep gratitude to my beloved husband, awesome support team, magnificent people of Kogi Central and great people of Nigeria at large.”
The e-banner shared by the Kogi Central lawmaker had her photograph on it and reads, “Till 2027 and beyond! In the name of God, for our people and country.”
She also commended INEC for upholding the will of the people while stating that she, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan is proudly Kogi Central.
