It is the 4th birthday of Nollywood actress Ini Edo’s daughter.
To celebrate her daughter’s new age, the proud mother shared new photos of her mini-me as she penned an appreciation note to her Maker. She appreciated Him for blessing her life with her daughter’s beautiful spirit, laughter and endless joy. Ini noted how, four years ago, God entrusted her with her daughter, who she described as an incredible gift.
Ini went on to praise her mini-me, describing her as the brightest star in the sky and praising her for filling her every day with laughter, love, and endless joy. Ini stated that watching her daughter grow has been a privilege and expressed how proud she is of her daughter.

In January, during an episode of Young Famous and African, Ini opened up on her journey to motherhood. She revealed that there was no man when she decided to have her child, which she desperately wanted. Ini disclosed that she never thought she would have fertility issues, as she had issues carrying pregnancies long-term.
Recall that in 2021, Ini Edo opened up about having a baby through surrogacy and how beautiful it feels to be a mother. She revealed that the eggs belong to her; hence genetically, the baby is her blood. However, Ini Edo failed to disclose the sperm donor stating that her baby’s peace of mind is paramount to her, and it is an incredible feeling being a mother. Speaking on motherhood, she described it as an awesome feeling.
Ini Edo was once married to Edo businessman, Philip Ehiagwina in 2008, but the marriage hit the rock in 2014. The movie star has since welcomed a child through surrogacy.
