Timi Dakolo, one of those who took issue with the pastor’s remarks, responded by pointing out that Pastor Lazarus himself charges $150 for enrollment in his ministry school. This revelation fueled further discussion on social media, drawing widespread attention.

He also suggested that such debates wouldn’t arise with international gospel artists like Chandler Moore and CeCe Winans, who are currently in Nigeria.
