2015

US Weekly reported that Kyle and Amanda met in the summer of 2015. With a nine-year age gap, Amanda was just 24 when she met Kyle. A year later Summer House started filming before premiering its first season in 2017.

2017

In Season 1 of Summer House, Amanda is introduced as Kyle’s friend after visiting their Hamptons home. According to Bravo, Kyle mentioned in the second episode, “Amanda and I dated for seven months…She wanted more of a commitment, but I’m not ready to take the next step, so I called things off.” After running into each other in the Hamptons, the two started hooking up again before realizing they still had feelings for each other.

While Kyle still wasn’t ready for a commitment, the two would drunkenly reconvene during Summer House episodes. Amanda made sure she let Kyle know that she liked him and didn’t want to be used by him.

“I know that we’re not dating. I know that you’re focused on your job… I’m not asking you to marry me. I’m not asking you to have my children. But I don’t want to be f***ed over.”

By the end of Season 1 in 2017, the two became official.

2018

In 2018, the couple were still going strong. While they had some arguments about living together in New York City and having keys to each other’s apartments, they continued on a good path.

Amanda told Bravo’s The Daily Dish in 2018, “There’s more conversations about marriage and moving in. And I think the relationship is getting a little bit more serious, and I’ve made it very clear that [Kyle’s] getting old.” She insinuated that she was ready for the next step in their relationship and if he wasn’t serious about her, they were wasting each other’s time.

A Juicy Deep Dive Into The Summer House Cast’s Dating History

Summer House is all about the cast’s juicy and often even more complicated romances.

“We’re headed in a really good direction. And like I said, our relationship is stronger than it’s been. We’ve had some really tough fights, but fighting, I think, is important in a relationship because it means you’re passionate about something. So we’ve been able to work things out and figure out things that bother us about each other or how to have conversations in a way that won’t transpire into an argument.”

2019

Kyle and Amanda started the third season of Summer House strong until Kyle came clean about an indiscretion: he cheated on Amanda.

“A year ago, I was on a guys’ trip, I blacked out, and I woke up with a girl in my bed,” Kyle explained in a confessional. “I’ve never felt worse in my entire life.”

Fellow castmate Lindsay Hubbard brought up the rumors on camera, but in a shocking turn of events, Amanda already knew about Kyle’s wild night. Despite cheating on her, they promised to make it work. “I’m 110 percent in this. We’re in this together,” Kyle told Amanda.

Despite working things out, Amanda still resented Kyle — especially when he would drink heavily with his friends. Kyle vowed to make things right with Amanda, and by the end of the season, they were engaged.

  • Kyle and Amanda’s engagement was filmed after he proposed to her on a yacht.

“Life with him is exciting. And to think he wants to spend the rest our his life with me and I feel the same way, it’s just a real happy feeling.”

2020

The couple experienced hardships in 2020 during the Coronavirus pandemic. Bravo shared the pair were supposed to be married that year but had to push it back to 2021 to accommodate over 200 guests. Though Kyle and Amanda were planning their wedding, they still faced trust issues in Season 4 of Summer House, especially when Kyle went out drinking and didn’t touch base with Amanda.

It was around this time that Amanda started focusing on Kyle’s business, Loverboy, and quit her full-time job, as reported by US Weekly.

2021

By the time 2021 rolled around, the couple was doing great professionally. Summer House was going strong, Loverboy was more popular than ever, and they appeared on another Bravo reality TV show, Winter House.

In September 2021, the pair were finally married in a lavish outdoor ceremony in Amanda’s parents’ backyard. They also adopted two dogs — Ryder and Reece!

2022 and 2023

A year after the two were married, Bravo fans wondered if Amanda and Kyle were going to focus on having kids. However, the pair were happy raising their foster dogs and focusing on work. “We have our two dogs right now and we are so happy with the little family that we have. It’s perfect. I would love more dogs. That’s in my future — more dogs!” she told US Weekly.

I just had so much respect because I don’t think I would’ve had the balls [to be on camera],” Kyle reiterated.

2024

In 2024, the couple stopped arguing about their trust issues and focused on work instead. Amanda shared that Kyle worked too much and the stress of owning Loverboy was taking over their home life.

Although Kyle detested the decision, Amanda took a small step back from marketing for Loverboy to focus on her own dream: designing a bathing suit line. She made it clear that she still worked for Loverboy and was able to do both.
