Nigeria’s First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu has said that Nigeria is on the path of full recovery despite the numerous challenges the nation has been faced with.
Speaking at the State House on Thursday, the First Lady urged Nigerians to prepare towards experiencing better days ahead.
While emphasising on the need for one, including leaders, to do good without seeking any form of validation, Tinubu said such act should be seen as a means of worship to Allah.
She also stated that compassion and mercy towards one another is key in the worship of Allah.
At the lecture delivered by Professor Azeezat Adebayo, Head of the Islamic Studies Department at the University of Ilorin, Tinubu urged Nigerians to extend good deeds beyond religious boundaries.
She also noted that the Ramadan is a season to cultivate such attributes and show love and care to one another.
