Joe Rogan Had A Fascinating Stance About Whether He Would Have Kim Kardashian On His Podcast

Since Joe Rogan’s podcast has millions of listeners, he is rich enough that he publicly turned down $100 million. One of the keys to Joe’s success is that he closely guards the podcast that has made him so rich and famous. After all, Joe’s listeners want to hear his opinion on Taylor Swift, how he feels about people dating Jennifer Lopez, why he was feuding with Trisha Paytas, and when he mocked Diddy. But, Joe’s listeners would be outraged if he listened to Howard Stern and apologized or he began having lame guests on the podcast.

Thanks to her reality TV fame, Kim Kardashian is incredibly rich and famous. Despite that, Kim and the other members of the Kardashian/Jenner family seem like they would be weird “The Joe Rogan Experience” guests. With that in mind, it was fascinating when Joe revealed his surprising take on whether he would have Kim on his podcast.

Joe Rogan Revealed The Specific Way He Would Have Kim Kardashian On “The Joe Rogan Experience”

For a long time, the main place that people went to for celebrity interviews were talk shows, since many of them welcomed two to three stars per episode. Since talk shows always need more guests, they typically will have just about any famous person they can on as a guest.

These days, a lot of fans recognize that many of the most in-depth celebrity interviews happen on podcasts. Since podcast interviews are often much longer, they don’t need nearly as many guests, which allows them to be much pickier about who they have on.

One example of that is the fact that Joe Rogan is selective about who he welcomes on his podcast. With that in mind, it is fascinating to learn what Joe once said about whether he would have Kim Kardashian appear on “The Joe Rogan Experience.”

In September 2019, a clip of Joe speaking to Brendan Schaub and Eddie Bravo during an episode of his podcast was uploaded to the JRE Clips YouTube channel.

Joe Rogan Called Out Conan O’Brien For This Bizarre Reason

Joe Rogan once called out the beloved talk show host Conan O’Brien for a strange reason.

Given that Joe and Kim seem to have very little in common, she doesn’t appear to be an obvious choice to be on “The Joe Rogan Experience.”

In the past, Joe Rogan has revealed how valuable he thinks being a guest on “The Joe Rogan Experience” is. As a TikTok video shows, a guest tried to make a bet with Joe that would allow them to program his podcast guests for a week. In response, Joe spoke about how valuable programming his guests would be. “That’s worth a lot of money. You can f*** off. Programming, like, who’s gonna be on? Yeah. Who’s gonna? You’d have to give me a spectacular amount of money. There’s nothing that you could give me that would be worth a week of programming on the show.”

However, Joe responded that he would like to have Kim on his podcast to discuss her work to advance prison reform. Joe then went on to explain that he really admired Kim’s work to help other people through advancing prison reform.

I’d have her come on and talk about her decision to help with prison reform, because I think that’s really admirable.

After explaining what he would be interested in talking to Kim about, Joe went on to lavish praise on the reality TV icon.

Kim Kardashian has fought for prison reform over multiple presidential administrations. For example, Kim met with Donald Trump to encourage him to issue a pardon to Alice Johnson, which he did, as Reuters reported. Then, Kim spoke with Kamala Harris about prison reform in April 2024, as an Associated Press YouTube video shows.

While talking to his guests, Joe spoke about how a lot of rich and famous people don’t use their power in any positive ways. Then, Joe outlined what Kim did to help people who were in prison.

“There’s a lot of people that have made a lot of money and they’ve gotten real famous and they didn’t do s*** with it. But what she’s done, she’s actually pushed a narrative that you can do something like this.”

Joe then went on to talk further about what Kim had accomplished already by that time.

Kim Kardashian And Her Sisters Allegedly Stole $120,000 From A Huge Pop Star

Kim Kardashian and her sisters allegedly stole $120,000 from a pop star she was working for at the time.

As Joe explained, Kim had met with Donald Trump and worked to free many people he believed didn’t deserve to still be serving time in prison.

“She’s talked to Trump and she’s visited in the White House and she’s got, I think, something like eighteen people freed from prison that were wrongly incarcerated. So respect to her… I mean, what she’s done is, like, she’s decided to make a difference. She didn’t have to make a difference. She could just buy diamonds to get her toes done. She decided to make a difference, you know? So I respect her 100% man. “

During the same conversation, Joe also expressed that he’d come to respect Kim so much that he didn’t even want to make jokes about her anymore.

“I don’t know if I ever wanna make a Kim Kardashian joke for the rest of my life.”

Joe not wanting to joke about Kim was a big change for him.

During the aforementioned YouTube video where he discussed having Kim Kardashian as a guest, Joe spoke about previously making many jokes about her. “I made a bunch of [jokes].” Looking back at Joe’s history, it becomes clear that he really had made fun of Kim in public.
