A young Nigerian woman, Adeife Adeoya has broken down in tears while narrating the challenges of running a business.
She shared a Tiktok video in which she explained that an employee’s unexpected resignation has left her traumatized.
Adeife, the founder of Remote WorkHer, an organization that supports women working remotely, revealed that she initially started the platform as a passion project before turning it into a business.
Captioning her post, she wrote:
“I hate it here. I’m tired of owning a business. God help me. I’m sorry for crying. Business owners, please help. How did you navigate this?”
