West Coast Trial Lawyers’ Attorney Neama Rahmani confirmed that Bianca is entitled to half of Kanye’s wealth.

“California is a community property state and without a prenup, she is entitled to half of Kanye’s earnings during the past two years, minus any community obligations,” said the lawyer. “Kanye made a lot more than $10 million during this time.”

It’s worth noting that Kanye also acquired some real estate investments during the marriage that are then subject to property division in the event of a divorce. He famously purchased a $35 million Beverly Hills mansion in October 2023. It was obtained under the same LLC used to buy his $57.25 million torn-down Malibu house.

Rahmani went on to say that the “Donda” artist “doesn’t have the stomach to push the case all the way to trial” based on his tumultuous divorce from Kim. He might even struggle to find a divorce lawyer given his recent antisemitic tweets, where he also said he had “dominion” over Bianca.
