When The Traitors premiered, most of the attention the reality show got focused on Alan Cumming hosting the show, which is why he gained many new fans. However, by the time the show’s second season ended, there had been many memorable players, including the controversial Peter Weber and Dan Gheesling, who flopped on the show. With that in mind, many fans were excited to see who would join The Traitors’ third season cast.
Even though many The Traitors fans want the show to cast more reality TV villains, nobody expected one of the third season’s most dramatic relationships. After all, Survivor’s Tony Vlachos and Bob Harper from The Biggest Loser had one of the most unexpected reality TV feuds of all-time.
The Traitors’ Tony Vlachos And Bob Harper Had An Incredibly Unexpected Reality Show Feud
Before The Traitors’ third season aired, many members of the cast had notorious reputations among reality show fans. As a result, virtually everyone who was excited about the season expected there to be some incredible feuds inside of Alan Cummings’ castle.
That said, there was one feud during the early episodes of The Traitors Season Three that virtually nobody would have predicted. In fact, many observers never would have thought the two players would be overly involved with each other in any way.
During The Traitors Season Three, Tony Vlachos and Bob Harper had one of the most unexpected feuds in reality show history.
Between 2005 and 2020, Bob starred in The Biggest Loser as one of the show’s trainers who tried to help the competitors lose weight. Over the years, many viewers have criticized Bob, and The Biggest Loser’s other trainers, for how they yelled at the show’s competitors.

The Traitors’ Bob The Drag Queen Told Real Housewives Fans Who Were Angry At Him To ‘Get Over It’
After The Traitors’ Bob the Drag Queen angered many Real Housewives fans, he responded by telling them to “get over it.”
During an episode of The Traitors, the players were competing in a mission that involved the possibility to get a shield. Since shields ensure a player is safe from being “murdered,” all the players had reasons to want one. After all, even the Traitors wanted to look like they desired a shield even though they didn’t need one.
Unfortunately, the players who tried to compete the mission first had almost no chance of getting a shield. When people were asked to volunteer to go first, none of the male players put their hand up.
Before the mission that involved Tony and Bob’s confrontation, there was a similar situation. During the first mission, players had to volunteer to stay behind so that the others could earn more money for the group. However, the players who stayed behind were the only ones who could be “murdered.” At first, it was only women who were willing to volunteer. Near the end of the challenge, Bob Harper became one of only three men who eventually volunteered.
Since none of the men volunteered, there were several people who were annoyed that the women were the only ones who would go first. One of those angry people was Bob Harper, who suddenly called Tony out in front of everyone.
A video of none of the men volunteering and then Bob calling out Tony was uploaded to Instagram.
When Bob Harper called Tony Vlachos out, it was during a mission that involved teams of two. That meant that Bob calling Tony out also threw the Survivor legend’s partner under the bus. In this case, Bob trying to force Tony to step up also resulted in Nikki Garcia being in more peril.
While all the players were arguing about who should go first, Tony appeared to be silent in the footage included in the episode. Then, Bob walked past several other players to single Tony out as the person who needed to volunteer.
“Tony, say something. So, do you wanna go first? If you don’t care, then go first. I mean, I wish Tony would step up. It’s like, ‘Have some balls.’ My god.”

The Traitors Fans React To Survivor Legend Tony Vlachos’ Early Exit
The Traitors fans had a major reaction to the Survivor Hall of Famer Tony Vlachos having an early exit.
After the footage of Bob calling Tony out was shown on the show, footage of the former The Biggest Loser star in a confessional interview appeared onscreen. In his confessional interview, Bob spoke about confronting Tony and how mad they both were at each other.
“I am very suspicious of Tony right now. Tony was not going to put himself first, and I challenged him on that. And it pissed me off. And it pissed him off.”
After the footage of Bob’s confessional was shown, Tony could be seen talking to the camera. In his confessional, Tony asked why Bob singled him out and expressed his annoyance.
Why are you doing that, Bob? Didn’t sit well with me at all.
After that scene, the third episode of The Traitors’ third season featured Bob and Tony accusing each other of being Traitors at the roundtable. While things like that always happen at the roundtable, Tony and Bob seemed especially angry when they were accusing each other of being Traitors. Since Tony was banished at the same roundtable session, that was the end of their feud, at least until it can potentially be brought up again at the reunion.

Which Survivor Players Need To Compete In The Traitors
These former Survivor players should compete on The Traitors soon.
As he explained to Entertainment Weekly, Tony thought Bob was a Traitor because of their confrontation.
“I thought Bob Harper was a Traitor because of that. It was like, “Listen, there’s 12, 13 other fake people here that didn’t stick their neck out on the line. Why are you picking me?” I was trying to be quiet like a mouse. I was trying to stay back behind the scenes. I wasn’t saying anything. He’s like, ‘Hey Tony, why don’t you volunteer?’ And the only thing I can think of for him to single me out is because he wants to murder me. So he doesn’t want me to have a Shield. There’s no other reason I would think he was calling me out like that.”
Even though Tony revealed that he didn’t trust Bob after their confrontation, and they seemed to be upset with each other, the Survivor legend didn’t hold a grudge. Instead, Tony revealed that he likes Bob despite their feud.
I love Bob Harper though.
In fact, during the Entertainment Weekly interview, Tony stated that he likes all of his The Traitors co-stars except one. “I loved all of them. They’re all characters, man. I love ’em — all of them. Every single one of them… except Boston Rob.”
