Stephen A. Smith went off on a rant against Serena Williams for performing in Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl Halftime Show.
Serena is seen c-walking on the field and many were shocked and even excited to see the tennis pro, as she once dated Drake.
“If I’m married and my wife is going to join trolling her ex, go back to his a–, ‘cause clearly you don’t belong with me,” Smith said on First Take. “What you worried about him for and you’re with me? Bye. Bye.”

Since their breakup, Drake has mentioned Serena several times in his songs.
“I’m with my whole set, tennis matches at the crib / I swear I could beat Serena when she playing with her left,’ he rapped on Worst Behavior back in 2013. He also mentioned their relationship in 2017’s ‘Nothing into Somethings.’ In 2022, he dissed her husband, Alexis Ohanian,
“Sidebar, Serena, your husband a groupie / He claim we don’t got a problem but / No boo, it is like you coming for sushi,” he rapped on Middle of the Ocean and last year he admitted that “Too Good” referenced his athlete ex.
