Lil Xan has been smacked with two felony counts after a video of him allegedly throwing a microphone into the crowd before kicking a fan in the head after a verbal altercation.
The incident went down late last year, but the rapper has only just been charged. Reports say that the fan flipped Xan off, which triggered the rapper. After Xan kicked the fan, Xan was body-slammed on stage before he quickly fled the scene.
TMZ caught up with the hip-hop artist to ask him about the incident. He responded, “Three years sober—that’s important.” Xan has battled addiction for years and has been open about his struggles. According to Xan. he cannot speak about the alleged incident because it is an ongoing case.
He also seemed to be feeling very positive about the state of his life right now.
“It’s a lot of great, great stuff going on right,” he continued. “So I’m just very blessed and grateful.
