Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson is going viral after responding to comments about his split from ex-fiancêe Sharella Rosado during a recent livestream. The video popped up online shortly after Sharelle sat down with Carlos King for an exclusive interview. If y’all remember, Sharelle Rosado had announced on X (formerly Twitter) that she and Chad called it quits back in October. The news came months after they got engaged back in January 2023.

Here’s What Chad Johnson Said About His Split From Sharelle Rosado

The Shade Room snagged the video from LiveBitez, where Chad addressed the breakup. In the clip, an IG user straight up asked, “Why did you breakup with that beautiful girl?” Chad immediately set the record straight.

Chad wasted no time responding to the user, flexin’ his looks, saying, “Have you seen me? Look at me. She left this. F*****g chocolate. This not any kind of chocolate… this Willy Wonka chocolate. She left this.” 

The retired NFL player kept calling out Sharelle, saying she dipped on him when “he was in his season.”

“I’m in season. She left me. I’m in my f*****g season,” Johnson added.

Sharelle Rosado Spills The Tea On Breakup From Chad Johnson

Sharelle Rosado didn’t hold back when she sat down on Carlos King’s ‘Reality With The King’ podcast and spilled tea on why she and Chad broke up. The ‘Selling Tampa’ star got real about what went down in their relationship, saying she “went through his phone and found everything.” She revealed that after snooping, she saw women everywhere on it.

“Their gonna throw themselves at him because of who he is. Chad is fine a** man, like he’s very good looking. And he’s showing out now because he’s in the jam,” Rosado told Carlos King.

However, Sharelle made it clear that once she found out, she was over it. She added that things should’ve never gotten to the pint where she had to find out the way she did.

“I found out about it and I was like f*** this s**t you know who I am? Like, I know who you are I’m gonna respect what you have.. but it is what it is and nobody’s perfect. But I just feel like, when things happen be honest about it. It shouldn’t lead to that point of how I’m finding out,” Rosado told Carlos King.

Additionally, the reality star shared that when she went through Chad’s phone “they weren’t in the best place.”

“He’s working all over the place and I’m working, filming. It was just a lot. It was very [stressful] and going back and forth my kids were in school. So when I wasn’t filming, I was up in Tampa, so it was a lot going on,” Rosado explained.

Sharelle Rosado Seemingly Reveals How She Feels About Chad After Their Breakup

Sharelle Rosado shared that issues occurred while they were going through a “rough patch.” But they should’ve never leaned on another individual to help resolve their issues.

“Things happened we were going through a rough patch. We should’ve came closer and spoke on it,” Sharelle said.

However, Sharelle credited Chad for being a good person despite his mistakes.

“You know I respect Chad and at the end of the day, we’re still a family, no matter what. Things happen nobody’s perfect. And I’m not here to judge him because I’ve had infidelity issues.”

Sharelle Confirms She & Chad Johnson Are In Therapy Separately

While speaking with Carlos King, Sharelle Rosado confirmed that she and Chad Johnson are currently undergoing individual therapy. Furthermore, Rosado said “hopefully therapy could bring them back together.”

She continued to share how she feels about Chad, saying he’s “a great person.”

“Out of my relationships he’s probably the best I’ve been with. He’s very supportive. He has done a lot to help me, of course you know, I had my own coming into this relationship. But, he took it to a whole other level,” Sharelle added.

She also credited him for being supportive and never showed “jealousy” towards her.

“And even to this day, I’ll say, ‘hey can you do this or that?’ He’s there while working 50,000 jobs.”

Back in October, Sharelle Rosado shook things up on X with a major life update. She let her followers know that she and Chad called it quits. She even threw a lil’ shade in there letting the ladies know that Johnson was a free man.

She dropped the news in a post that read, “Chad and I are no longer together please stop tagging us. He is a free man ladies.”

Ochocinco Publicly Reacts To Sharelle’s Breakup Announcement

Chileee! Chad Johnson finally spoke on Sharelle Rosado’s breakup announcement during his ‘Night Cap’ podcast with Shannon Sharpe back in October.

Ochocinco told sharpe he was in Houston, Texas and couldn’t fix things because Sharelle “blocked him.” But, he also pointed out that Sharelle never told him to stop calling. On top of that, Chad called Sharele out for putting their business on the internet.

“You ain’t have to be so public and you might be watching,” Chad said during the podcast.

The drama between Sharelle and Chad kept spilling over into December 2024. TSR caught Chad slippin’ when he commented on a selfie video Sharelle posted on X. While she was flaunting her outfit, he popped in and asked, “Where you going?”
