Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with yet another bombshell lawsuit, this time by a woman who says that the Bad Boy founder drugged and r-ped her when she was just 16 years old.
Jane Doe says that at the time of the assault, she lived in Lower Manhattan with her parents and was working as a babysitter. At the time, the person Diddy was dating also lived in the same apartment building where she worked, and she came across the disgraced mogul and two of his cronies.
Jane Doe alleges Diddy kept asking her if she wanted a ride home but eventually gave in and let him give her a ride. One in the vehicle, she was given a drink to “calm her down,” but then she began to feel “groggy.”
She was taken to a location where the men allegedly assaulted her before being dropped off in her apartment lobby.
Diddy’s attorney quickly issued a statement denying the allegations.
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted, or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” the statement reads. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
