Nollywood actor, former presidential aspirant, and pastor Yul Edochie have sent a message about walking away from toxīc marriages.
Taking to his Instagram page, he said that if one’s marriage isn’t working, one should let go and walk away. The actor noted how he saw a viral video of a lady who was burnt by her husband, and it broke his heart.
Yul admonished those having marital issues that even if they catch their partner cheating, there is no justification for harming them. He kicked against killing another human being because of marriage.

Even if you catch your wife with another man, there’s no justification for harming her.
If you catch your husband with another woman, there can be no justification for harming him.

Yul Edochie’s message seems to be an irony as according to reports, the actor is refusing signing divorce papers with his estranged wife, May Edochie.
May’s lawyer while slamming Yvonne Jegede for defending him for marrying a second wife, revealed that Yul doesn’t pay child support or his children’s school fees and that May takes care of their three children. He alleged that the actor told his daughter to meet her mother for her financial needs since she was making more money than him.
During the Christmas season, Edochie had cautioned ladies against killing themselves for expensive wigs. He admonished any lady who can’t afford expensive hair to wash their natural hair very well and weave it. The controversial actor stated that the quality of a woman isn’t measured by the hair on her head but by the content of her brain.
In a past message, Yul had advised ladies desperate to get married. He urged them to buy a ring and propose to their man if they were waiting for him to propose and he was wasting time. The actor stated there was nothing wrong with it as he avowed that it doesn’t matter who says the words.
