Popular American actor and musician, Jamie Foxx has spoken about his 2023 incident that left him unable to walk.
According to him, a brain bleed led to him suffering a stroke last year.
Foxx made the disclosure while speaking about the cause of his hospital admission in 2023.
In a new Netflix special, the 56-year-old actor explained that he experienced a bad headache and “blacked out for 20 days”.
He said he was admitted at the Piedmont Hospital where he suffered a brain bleed that led to a stroke.
“It is a mystery. We still don’t know exactly what exactly happened to me.
“On April 11 2023, I had a bad headache and I asked my boy for an aspirin, but I realised quickly that your boys don’t know what to do when you are in a medical emergency.
“Before I could get the aspirin I went out. And i do not remember 20 days.”
Foxx said he found himself in a wheelchair and unable to walk after he woke from the coma.
