Mbappe also said that he missed playing alongside a legend like Lionel Messi. He expressed that there was a different comfort in slotting alongside the Argentine superstar. There was a feel of luxury as Messi could often find the open spaces and carve those goal-scoring balls for Mbappe which would often find the back of the net. Mbappe said that Messi deserved all the respect and somehow, he felt that in France, he didn’t get the deference that he deserved.
